What is Dialog?
Dialog is a web strategy that uses the web to establish one-to-one communication with prospective students.
Colleges and prospective students have one thing in common: both want to know more about the other. Prospective students want information about their interests, and colleges want to know how interested students are in them. Dialog does both.
How it works
Using a combination of e-mail messages and customized mini websites, Dialog develops a long-term flow of communication between prospective students and colleges during the college search process. Dialog provides students with a personalized web experience tailored to their interests. Colleges collect information about students that helps them identify the hot prospects and gives them the tools to recruit them more effectively.
Why it works
We survey over 40,000 college-bound prospective students each year. Using research as a foundation, GDAIS has developed a highly effective model for student recruitment called Prospect Management. Dialog is the online extension of this proven method.
Dialog provides students with the information they want, when they want it. Through Dialog, students provide colleges with information about themselves and express their level of interest in the college. This information allows the college to focus its recruitment effort on those students most likely to apply and enroll and target its messages to each student's individual interests.
The result: more prospects; better prospects.
