Eva Windsor, Director of Career Services |
| With assistance from the career services team, Eva oversees graduate school information, internship supervision, career planning, and job placement. She also coordinates student workshops and events, on-campus recruitment, and employer relations, as well as many other services and events provided to employers, students, and alumni. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, European Division, and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Chapman University, Eva has gained professional experience as a career counselor, social worker and instructor. Eva has spent the last eight years traveling with her husband and is now ready to call Conway home.

Mike Caldwell, Assistant Director of Career Services |
| Since coming to Hendrix in 2002, Mike has worked both in the Office of Career Services and in the Office of the Dean of Students. As Assistant Director of Career Services, he is ready to provide assistance with resumes, job searches, shadowing opportunities, and internships.
Mike graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Central Baptist College with an Associate of Arts degree in Education. He holds secondary Social Studies teaching certification and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in History program at the University of Central Arkansas. Before joining Hendrix, he was the owner and director of an educational services company and worked in corporate retail management.
Mike has lived in the Central Arkansas area for over 25 years. His family includes his wife Marcie and his daughter Madeline.
